Brewing Suggestions

We prefer to brew this tea Gong Fu style. You can use the brewing guide below as a good starting point. To experiment we recommend keeping the water temperature as constant as possible but varying steeping time to suit your tastes.

Gong Fu Cha: 4g per 90ml of water. Water temperature 75-80 C. First steeping 18 seconds.  Each subsequent steeping + 5 seconds.
